Where is all my Internet download going: Part 2

Part 2 should start with a warning regarding Apple and Windows Updates.

As stated in part 1: Large bursts of Download every month with the Operating systems updating themselves..
BUT with the current breed of operating systems like Windows 10, every few months it is not patches and updates.. Microsoft have now instigated a forced version of the Apple system: You now get "Regular UPGRADES", this is a full upgrade of the operating system.. not of bits here and there.. 3GB plus once every 3 or so months.

If you are in the habit of ignoring the "Installing Updates" message.. DON'T with windows 10 You potentially can end up with an unbootable machine.
